Oakwood Club Apartments is a peaceful and quiet complex with very well-maintained apartments and grounds. Residents describe it as a safe community with a perfect location, having everything needed nearby. The apartments are considered worth the rental rate, offering affordability and great value for what you pay. The floor plans and very functional amenities are also appreciated. The staff are consistently noted as wonderful, extremely courteous, and very friendly and professional. Management is quick to respond, extremely helpful, understanding, and goes above and beyond for residents. They are happy to accommodate potential residents and answer all questions. The maintenance team is really good, with 100% respectful staff who do great work. Response time and quality of work are excellent, with repairs addressed very promptly. Many residents are extremely happy, plan to stay a long time, and highly recommend Oakwood Club Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment.
My mom's patient and good friend live at Oakwood. The apartments are nice sized and are nice enough. Nothing too fancy, but livable. Rent's a lot for anywhere in Spokane.

Extremely courteous, quick to respond to any and all concerns. Facilities are very well maintained and the maintenance guys are 100% respectful and do great work. I have had to do a couple of minor repairs and they were addressed in a day or two at most. (Unless parts are needed to be ordered but that's expected)

I love the location and floor plans of these units. They are worth the rental rate. The amenities are very functional. I highly recommend them. The office staff is very friendly and professional.
