I worked here before and there are great people living here and the management company owns the building. They are fantastic. They really care about the people and they actuallt put money into their apartments to keep them well maintained and looking decent. I took off a star because parking and signs need improvement.

Love living here. Quick action on work requests. Friendly neighbors. Grounds well taken care of. Lots of activities for tenants and on-site service coordinator. The only complaint I have is there us not enough parking. I highly recommend this apt complex to other seniors.

A lot of riff raff going on here, thievery and drugs. Tons of homeless people wandering through the grounds. Not a save place for the elderly and disabled people to live. So stinking sad

Pines Terra and Manor Apartments is just minutes from a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, department stores and physician offices. A bus stop is conveniently located right across the street. Our property sits on two and a half park like acres with a paved driveway great for walking.
