And when you are the owners of AmeriGas, and you lose sight of how your company was able to grow by not giving good customer service any longer, as a customer, it is time to find a better, well-focused customer oriented propane supplier, such as Arrow Propane. Having spoken with Diane several times now, it is obvious that she has the "customer service role" nailed. Professional, courteous, friendly service. It doesn't get any better than this. Unfortunately, you customers that are still with Amerigas, get to deal with being transferred to a call center somewhere in India to discuss your problems with people that barely speak English. Please know that there are alternatives as Diane will be glad to explain them to you!”

“The air pump almost always works and the staff are nice. Clean about 75% of the time, but maybe the floors and walls are just really worn down? I don't know, I just appreciated the staff being friendly.”

“We ran out of propane in our shop this weekend and let me say it was my fault not theirs. Lol. We just built it and aren't on their top off service yet because we are going a year to see what the usage/schedule for refill will be because it's impossible to tell how much you use until it is filled a few times for a comparison, then get on their normal fill schedule. Called in on a Sunday afternoon and got a very prompt response from their afterhours person. Since it was later in the day we decided to wait until Monday to have them refill. It was my decision to wait, they were very willing to come right over on a Sunday I do have to say. I have some torpedo heaters that run off smaller propane tanks that I set up for overnight so the hot water heater/water lines in the shop didn't freeze up. Valcon texted me this morning letting me know they were on their way and showed up right on time, filled out tank and also did a leak test. I highly recommend these guys as a propane service. Fair pricing, trustworthy employees, excellent communication and you actually get to talk to a human being when you call....legit as it gets these days with all the automated crap that other propane companies use. These guys are the real deal and look forward to doing more business with them in the future. I am a contractor and we do ground up home builds, definitely going to recommend Valcon to all our customers who need propane service. Keep doing what you guys are doing as a company!”

“I called every Lincoln dealer in Spokane and no one had what I was looking for I had the part number from Lincoln to make it easy but since it wasn’t something dealers normally carried, not a single Lincoln dealer I talked to except Airgas was willing to try and find the part for us. “Rented a trailer and both the pickup and return were seamless and quick! The trailer looked a little tired but everything worked great! The staff was friendly and the whole vibe felt neighborly and much more comfortable than some of the other U-hauls in the area.

They have a little more limited inventory but this is the new 'go to' rental location!”
