“I bought a truck in Spokane and reserved a trailer to bring my car back home to Oregon. Cory the manager had it reserved and ready to go upon arrival, even though they were absolutely swamped when I got there he was able to work his way through about 15 customers and with the help of John getting the car on the trailer and strapped had me out in less than 20 mins. John and Cory thank you again for the help, and wonderful experience if I ever need to move anything through the area again I hope you guys are still around!!”
“I rented from this location 3 times and the trucks have been in good condition- run good no issues. The associates have always been knowledgeable and friendly. My only problem was this last truck I rented. I used the check in on the app and it was horrible. It would have been easier just to wait in line and actually check in face to face. Otherwise no problems and it’s a business - they do charge. Take pics of the fuel level and mileage before and after the rental also document any damage - just in case there is an issue.”
