“We ran out of propane in our shop this weekend and let me say it was my fault not theirs. Lol. We just built it and aren't on their top off service yet because we are going a year to see what the usage/schedule for refill will be because it's impossible to tell how much you use until it is filled a few times for a comparison, then get on their normal fill schedule. Called in on a Sunday afternoon and got a very prompt response from their afterhours person. Since it was later in the day we decided to wait until Monday to have them refill. It was my decision to wait, they were very willing to come right over on a Sunday I do have to say. I have some torpedo heaters that run off smaller propane tanks that I set up for overnight so the hot water heater/water lines in the shop didn't freeze up. Valcon texted me this morning letting me know they were on their way and showed up right on time, filled out tank and also did a leak test. I highly recommend these guys as a propane service. Fair pricing, trustworthy employees, excellent communication and you actually get to talk to a human being when you call....legit as it gets these days with all the automated crap that other propane companies use. These guys are the real deal and look forward to doing more business with them in the future. I am a contractor and we do ground up home builds, definitely going to recommend Valcon to all our customers who need propane service. Keep doing what you guys are doing as a company!”

“Rented a storage unit here for several years - I moved to the one over at U-City because they have elevators. My unit was on the 2nd floor and I was tired of hulling my kayak and camping supplies up and down stairs. Besides the lack of elevators, this place is nice and clean and has heat/climate control for storage.”
