It is a great place for shopping, dining, and entertainment with a fantastic variety of stores, from popular retail chains to unique local shops, so there’s something for everyone. The mall is overall clean and well-maintained, and the friendly staff at many stores are appreciated. Shoppers can find the best deals and amazing prices. The food court offers a good selection of options, along with casual sit-down restaurants. It is a great place for families and a good time overall. Parking is plentiful. Some downsides include not enough bathrooms, requiring a long walk to find one. While the security guards are noted as really nice, there is a mention of an incident where they did not intervene with theft.
I love this mall I just feel like I have a special connection with this place because ive had so many memories here with my friends and I will never forget those moments and if it weren't for the mall bwing here who knows if they woulda happened so thank you spokane valley, you will always have a special place in my heart.

Its beautiful with lots of options. We loved all the glass and trees. 4 stars for one store staff member being so horrible they triggered my anxiety brain for hours. Lots of parking, elevator, and stairs.
