“Kylee greeted us right away, and made us feel seen. We looked around for a little while before she asked if we were looking for anything specific.
And, we were ☺ So she directed us to the proper section... After a few test runs on a few mattresses, she asked us for more specifics; soft, firm, etc. We then were directed to a different section, which was exactly what we were looking for, and we purchased the most awesome mattress! Easy set up for payments and super quick! Kylee was super attentive, a good listener, and gave her professional opinion when warranted!
I purchased a different bedroom set from them 8 years ago and received excellent treatment,and this time was no different! I'd say this time might have been even better! Would recommend anyone looking for furniture and aesthetics for your home to shop here! 10/10”
“Briana was wonderful to work with through the selection and sales process in the store — but it's when there's an issue that you really get to see how much a business cares. In my case, my order arrived on time, but it was made for the wrong mattress. Once I let Briana know, she immediately took ownership and jumped into action to remedy the situation, and, without my even asking, she offered some valuable add-ons for free to make up for the inconvenience (like shipping the correct mattress to my home at no cost). Then she personally followed up with me and even sent a handwritten thank-you card! Her professionalism will definitely have me back as a customer and recommending Comfort City to others. “Asked several people around town where to go to invest in an amazing armoire and some other decorations for our home. So many people told us to check out Trovato Interiors on Sprague near Spokane Valley City Hall.Very friendly Susan showed me an amazing armoire she says is over 200 years old. Beautiful piece.Also picked up some funky pillows and, I don't know what they are called, throw blankets perhaps?, that are furry and are for our new couch.Trusted and successful citizens of the community are correct. Trovato is THE place to go for your furniture and home decorating needs.It is a shame some people have taken to writing fake 1 star reviews for some reason. Susan and Trovato Interiors are truly 5 STAR.”
“Very cute store and the woman with the jewelry counter was SO friendly and helpful! I ended up with a really cool mini-mosaic brooch and she was able to tell me a lot about it! I wasn’t even planning on getting any jewelry, but I couldn’t resist this! There’s a great selection. A different woman also helped us with the lipstick plants! Incredible staff and a really fun store to explore!”
