“Stopped in and was treated to the best customer service I have had in a very LONG time, no matter the industry. Carol (the sales lady) was helpful in every way to my requests (no matter how small) and did it with a smile. She genuinely CARED that I was a happy and satisfied customer. It was a breath of fresh air. So happy to see that great customer service still exists in this world of grumpy / can’t be bothered workers, self checkout lanes, self order touch screens, and AI robot telephone systems. But NW Heads has been the most reasonable and easiest to work with shop i've ever been to. I really appreciate despite the rules and obvious issue with trying to return most of these products, they have always brrn willing to work with me within reason to make it right and take care of me”
