We were fortunate enough to have an almost new truck; it ran great. We rented a truck for a one-way move of about 300 miles. Drop off location was easy to find; people were friendly and helpful. Return process was quick and easy.

Very rude woman, no customer service. Called demanding we returned a cargo van. We've rented thousands of uhauls all over the US and have never had an experience like this. Lady needs to not be in customer service.

brand new truck, 40 miles when i picked it up. drove 1400 miles, 22 hours of driving in 36 hours. was perfect. cannot recommend uhaul enough.

Came here to clear out our storage unit. I’m thankful that I arrived early in the morning because there was hardly anyone present. However, during our time there one guy kinda forced his way in when I was letting my kid into the storage area. He later set off an alarm in the storage unit spaces. While we got the majority of our work completed early, I did have to return in the afternoon and there were some pretty sketchy people milling about and moving things around. Even saw a few needles laying on the ground. Not sure why U-Haul would allow this behavior on their premises. Additionally, when I went to the office to turn in my storage unit, it took about 45 minutes to complete that part of the transaction as there was only one person working the desk and a line up of people waiting. Difficult for me to recommend this place for services.

Great customer service at this location from rental to check-in. Tracie is GREAT and makes sure that her customers have a positive experience.

After a one way trip with a 6x12 pull trailer & having to have 1 tire changed while loading and another bad tire on the trip home, having drop off be so easy was a nice end to our rental! (Pick up location was NOT a u-haul facility it was a franchise of u-haul).
This U-Haul facility had Excellent customer service. They made drop off a breeze!! Technician made note to get tires replaced!! Was very thankful the issue was pointed out!!
