Horrible!!! They’re definitely fraudulent!! They tell you on price (one being an over the phone reservation with Rico) then charged my card THREE times!!! Didn’t have the truck I reserved so then had to sort that out. My reservation was for 10:30 a.m. went in at 10:28 a.m. and they didn’t have the truck. They told me they would upgrade the size at no extra fees. So finally after an hour of waiting (their system crashed) I finally get my “reservation” they hand me the keys and boom I’m on the road. I get 5 minutes away and get a call saying that all I needed to do was return the truck when I was done and all the paperwork was completed. So I come back (earlier than my reservation time limit) and they have to charge my card AGAIN!! When I confronted the “assistant manager” Hollie about the additional fees she tried to explain them away which none of it made sense because she literally just told us 2 different things! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! Jesse the general manager accused me of “yelling “ which is funny because She was on speaker phone with Hollie and Hollie knew I was not even raising my voice. Then they had the audacity to tell me to have patience ? I’ve literally given them 2 hours of my time which I think is way more patience than they gave me credit for! Anyways DONT GO HERE!!! They will over charge you and not help you and double charge your card! As well as take up your valuable moving time! Nobody has two hours to sit at U-Haul when they’re working full time and trying to use every hour/minute extra to move! If you value time and money I suggest going somewhere else!

I was never given a paper contract to review and sign. I was told by the representative what terms I was signing and then asked to sign on the electric pad. When returning the vehicle - there was some damage on the door and to my knowledge with the coverage I opted in for and paid for - I wouldn’t be responsible for any additional charges if there was any damage. There wasn’t any specification that a deductible would be applied. Again, I was never given a contract to review and then sign. When dropping the vehicle off, I mentioned that there was damage done to the passenger side door while in my possession, the on-site manager was extremely rude & didn’t want to correct the mistake her colleague made in not specifying any deductible due. She stated “well at least it wasn’t $500”. I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated & the situation handled. She further told me I wouldn’t be able to leave without paying the amount due. I would appreciate a refund back as this situation was handled very unprofessionally. I work in customer service as a manager and wouldn’t ever allow my teammates to treat a customer in that manner. We correct each others mistake in order to help maintain our customer base. I will never do business with this location ever again.

My wife and I had a bad experience while trying to get our hitch installed. Jess (the manager) is very rude and will try to talk down to you.She had to cut into the fascia of our bumper, which is fine, but it looks like a 12 year old did it. She didn't even mark the center or follow the instructions before cutting. Now the square hole is 1 inch too far to the right. When I confronted her about it, she just lied about stuff and refused to make it right. DON'T go here for hitch installations. Go to someone else that actually cares about their work and is friendly.

I walked in because I was told we could get affordable boxes, I greeted the customer service reps and was ignored. Then left with a couple boxes at a total of $50+ and felt like I was treated badly.

I’ve been to this location twice now and both times the customer service has been terrible. First time, I came for a scheduled access of my u-box and when I arrived I had to wait over 30min for someone to help me and then found out that very same day they decided to ship my box to a different location for holding. Second time, I was returning a van and BOTH times associates were extremely short with me and rude. Don’t recommend anyone use this location until they sort out their poor customer service issues.

I never experienced poor customer service to this degree before. I asked a employee to help me load a bundle of boxes into my car. He was eating his lunch in the lobby area. He said he's on his break right now (so no). He was also looking at his phone.I'm not a spring chicken and have back issues. I thought to myself where is the work ethic I grew up with?Also the young man processing the payment had zero smiles, kindness, interest in his customer (me) I just hope someday these two young men will know the love of Jesus. They need him.

Complained because I was dropping off at this location.Showed paperwork to employee and watched him have a baby meltdown.Employee stated that reservations need to get their S#*T together.Very awkward.

Terrible customer service!! Totally rude and lied to our faces. If they say a truck is at a different location save yourself stress and call first.

Went to location. Reserved with credit card a specific trailer, which they assured me that it would be ready for pickup Friday afternoon. When we arrived to pick it up, they had already rented both trailers the style we needed. They substituted a trailer that would not work for hauling my cargo.

The guy who helped with propane tonight was short with me and extremely rude. No reason for it. Sorry you hate your job but that’s not anyone else’s problem. 12/23/20.
