    Once again a package is lost or stolen within the warehouse. What happened to UPS??? You used to be so reliable.Update: Facebook will not allow me to message. Once again, given information that is inaccurate and false. UPS does this intentionally so you never get resolution on anything!

    Poor. Didn't get updates on tracking information from ups. This caused me to miss my package and now it's lost. Been waiting for 11 days. They act like it's sort of your fault when you pay them for services.

    Went to pick up a package a few days ago that was supposed to have been held at the Bradley Rd location. It wasn't there (not due to anything they did or didn't do), but the guy there, Ron, was super nice and went above and beyond to help me locate it. Great customer service!
