“Your employee Diana (possibly spelled wrong) is a wonderful asset to your store. I’ve been going there pretty regularly and she is tremendously helpful and always extremely cordial. She works in your print services department. My vote is that she becomes the new store manager :) Coming from a former Wall St Executive. She deserves many kudos, she just gets things done with a smile on her face each time.”

“The reason I choose staples..I recognize great customer service. DeeAnn is really patience and Richard remembers who people are. So many more need the recognition but these two outstanding people makes driving across town because I know I'm going to be given excellent customer service. Why go anywhere else when staples does it right everyday..all day. I'm grateful for your service towards me.”

“Both guys were polite and professional. They arrived within the delivery window, assembled the patio table, and placed the items exactly where I wanted them. They even offered to go through the yard, so no dirt would get in the house. And they took the boxes away. Definitely worth paying for the special delivery fee.”

“Sara did a fantastic job helping me at UPS Store 0957. She appeared to be fairly new, but she was attentive, moved quickly, handled my package with care, and clearly wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. When a technical USPS requirement came up, the supervisor’s response was less supportive than I would have expected and made the interaction somewhat uncomfortable, but Sara handled it exceptionally well. She stayed composed, courteous, and focused on helping me. As a business owner, Sara is exactly the kind of new employee I would want: someone who cares about the work, asks questions rather than guessing, and remains professional under pressure. She deserves recognition.”

“⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I want to give kudos to Perry who assisted me in purchasing supplies to get ready for a last minute presentation. (8/20/27) It was because of his customer service that I returned to ship comfort items/gifts back home that would not for in my luggage. I am a first responder that came across the world to support a local disaster in Spokane. (8/21) I lost my tracking number and called the store for that information. The associate who helped me (approx 1:25pm PDT) was patient and was able to locate it after I verified some information. She was kind, patient and I could tell I had her full attention on the call. This is a lost art in the modern day and I saw that this wasn’t just the store manager, this was imbedded in the culture of this location. (8/24) Next time I am in Spokane and I need to make a ship something or purchase supplies I am going to prioritize this location. Thank you all for your service from the National Capital and sister city (Washington, DC). I am home safe and trust my package will as well.”

“Super easy and quick. I was dropping off family at the airport and also had a overnight FedEx package I needed to send. This place was right there at the airport. It was very easy to find and away from all the terminal traffic. I went in out in under a min. Good location to use if you don't want to wait in long lines at other locations and are in the area.”

“I've had a couple of instances where I needed to ship something out-of-state and I came here twice and twice. I was pleased with the service and the expediency of the process. Generally speaking, I come here to ship things to my daughter and so, sometimes it can become a little bit emotional for me. Everybody handled it very professionally. It's can be hard to retain my composure at times in front of others because of personal things in the past as we approach the holidays. However, the times that I've been here and had to send something out I've had nothing but pleasant experiences. Even with the clear awareness that I was having a difficult time with the process. Very professional, very respectful, i've had terrible experiences at FedEx's in the past, and this one has consistently been very different.”

“We went into the FedEx store on a Saturday to ship a package that had to be in California by Wednesday. We had missed the last pickup of the day. The guy in the FedEx store showed us how to use the FedEx computer to purchase postage and then assisted us two or three times to get it done. He called the regional delivery place to make sure that they would be able to stay open while we got it there. All of the people were way above and beyond.”

“The ability to drop items off without any issues, but the inconvenience of the distance a lot of the locations are, but overall are convenient regardless and the employees are always a treat.”

14008 East Sprague Avenue, Spokane WA 99216
“The people were incredibly helpful throughout our entire process. We had to print from an email 5 separate times, then scan and email 13 pages twice, and finally fax 13 pages, of which the cost is totally outrageous at $2 per page with the 1st page being free. The employee even warned us that it was extremely expensive to fax anything before we even started. CALL OUT: OFFICE DEPOT QUIT RIPPING CONSUMERS OFF JUST TO MAKE A FAX!! Anyone on a fixed income could never afford to fax anything to anyone no matter the reason. Office Depot needs to quit profiting so much of the little people. That's just questionable business practices in of itself. Staff incredibly awesome; business itself - rip off!!”

“Michel was awesome! We went to get our babies passport done (we scheduled an appt online) and she was so patient. We made a mistake on our paperwork and she was able to help us out. The location itself is a little rough, the lobby does kind of smell like urine but once you get in there Michel was awesome!”
