“I had a delivery from a different carrier. Estes was able to fit the n a cross dock so it could be safely unloaded and loaded on my trailer. Even with all of their typical morning loading and unloading, they were able to do the cross dock right about the time they suggested. Rate was reasonable. They even were willing to reposition the load on the flat bed for the truck driver. Overall a good experience. I would definitely use them in the future.”

“The staff here are always busy, but nice-enough to help when asked. I do wish they would make the rounds once in a while to ask if help is needed. It is awkward to ask for help when they are so busy. The store is very clean and the A/C is certainly welcome during this rare heat wave (112°!!!) Parking is often sufficient, but not always. Machines are in excellent working order.”
“Even tho I saved them a trip in heavy traffic and went to pick my large package up myself, the guy seemed in a hurry and wanting to just get me out of there. The package had damage and he quickly wrote it on the delivery ticket, brushing it off like he didn't have time to deal with it. Luckily the contents were not damaged.”

“Super easy and quick. I was dropping off family at the airport and also had a overnight FedEx package I needed to send. This place was right there at the airport. It was very easy to find and away from all the terminal traffic. I went in out in under a min. Good location to use if you don't want to wait in long lines at other locations and are in the area.”
“I use this UPS store for copying and printing mostly. Patrick and staff are constantly awesome for me! I’ve had no problems with amazon returns, label prints, drop offs, and occasionally buying shipping from them. I have not used the notary or more complicated services.There is a large rush from about 4 to 6 and the line can be out the door- very boom-bust. The staff works through the line diligently but folks get impatient. The UPS location on 29th has been busier for me when I’ve gone there instead.”

I think at first he did try to sell me a box and wrap (which is probably mandatory) but I've never had to do that with an Amazon return so I was confused by it.He patiently explained that with some returns they require the customer to pack even if they are printing the labels at UPS.Gary, I'm leaving you and your store a five star review because you took the time to explain things to me even after I was upset about the process.
