I often use this location, so I knew the friendly people working there. I had an issue with my phone (long story). Kelsey spent at least 15 minutes helping me to figure it out. It isn’t even in her job description!!! She was above amazing!”
“Both guys were polite and professional. They arrived within the delivery window, assembled the patio table, and placed the items exactly where I wanted them. They even offered to go through the yard, so no dirt would get in the house. And they took the boxes away. Definitely worth paying for the special delivery fee.”

“Super easy and quick. I was dropping off family at the airport and also had a overnight FedEx package I needed to send. This place was right there at the airport. It was very easy to find and away from all the terminal traffic. I went in out in under a min. Good location to use if you don't want to wait in long lines at other locations and are in the area.”
“We went into the FedEx store on a Saturday to ship a package that had to be in California by Wednesday. We had missed the last pickup of the day. The guy in the FedEx store showed us how to use the FedEx computer to purchase postage and then assisted us two or three times to get it done. He called the regional delivery place to make sure that they would be able to stay open while we got it there. All of the people were way above and beyond.”

“I never really make the effort to leave ratings but I have to tell you I was extremely stressed today September 15 because it was my mothers birthday and I had travel plans and I did not get to make it because of my work I had to immediately call a department store and a friendly person has help me and I googled a delivery service and they did an amazing job for finish the end very satisfied if they had 10 stars I would have definitely give it”
“Michel was awesome! We went to get our babies passport done (we scheduled an appt online) and she was so patient. We made a mistake on our paperwork and she was able to help us out.
The location itself is a little rough, the lobby does kind of smell like urine but once you get in there Michel was awesome!”
“1.26.26: It was my first time in at this location and had dropped off 4 separate Amazon returns. The male clerk was nice and friendly. He was even patient with me when I had to pull up my QR codes on my phone for him to scan in order to accept my return. I received a printed receipt confirmation for my records.
