“So this FedEx shipping outlet closes at 7 pm and I arrived at 6:58pm- 2 minutes before closing and one of the employees by the name of Melanie I believe or it might have been Melody and I do apologize for the mix up on your name girl because you were outstanding!! Like over the top on helping me get my label downloaded and then printed. You even helped me cut my box to fix my item and helped me get it all taped up to be sent out. All at closing time. FedEx should really recognize this employee for her kindness , her job dedication, helpfulness, understanding, friendliness, so many other great qualities also. “I had a delivery from a different carrier. Estes was able to fit the n a cross dock so it could be safely unloaded and loaded on my trailer. Even with all of their typical morning loading and unloading, they were able to do the cross dock right about the time they suggested. Rate was reasonable. They even were willing to reposition the load on the flat bed for the truck driver. Overall a good experience. I would definitely use them in the future.”
“Even tho I saved them a trip in heavy traffic and went to pick my large package up myself, the guy seemed in a hurry and wanting to just get me out of there. The package had damage and he quickly wrote it on the delivery ticket, brushing it off like he didn't have time to deal with it. Luckily the contents were not damaged.”

“Super easy and quick. I was dropping off family at the airport and also had a overnight FedEx package I needed to send. This place was right there at the airport. It was very easy to find and away from all the terminal traffic. I went in out in under a min. Good location to use if you don't want to wait in long lines at other locations and are in the area.”

returns, sending a package, or getting a document notarized, they have been easy to work with and do a great job. I actually had to ask why the store has bad reviews, and I learned they switched ownership two years ago. Hoping to get the word out that this is a great location!”

“I stop in here occasionally to drop packages or buy an odd box or two for my eBay business -- a great resource as most places will only sell boxes in large bundles, but he'll sell you even one or two for a fair price. Even if you're only dropping packages the owner is attentive and friendly. Definitely a great local business.”
