Every time I have visited this post office everyone has been very helpful and efficient, even during the holidays. My daughter and I got our passports done here and it took a fraction of the time that it took elsewhere.

For whatever reason, this Post office receives bad reviews. So I figured I would leave one here and say that I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Anytime I go in they have been great and fortunately the person that delivers and does our mail has always been good!We did have some issues with forwarding mail from the previous person that lived at our house, but that was about it. I know that is something that probably could be worked on and better, but that was my only issue.

This joint needs a house cleaning and new management. Another package disappeared after arriving in Veradale . This according to USPS tracking .The once reliable / dependable US postal service is a bad joke now . It's frustrating as heck .

This post office is totally incompetent! A change of address is too much for them to comprehend! I'm still getting mail at the old address. They are thieves and blind as bats. Sneakers are not fruit! Any small packages may or may not be in my mailbox.

The mail lady is intentionally holding my SSI Check and has done so the last 3 months because she has a bad attitude and I asked her to slow down cause she hits my fence EVERYTIME she delivers. Next she's going to find out it's illegal to do what she's doing with my check which pays my rent so my kiddo isn't homeless. TERRIBLE DELIVERY LADY!!!!!

I swear they design their hours make it impossible for anyone with a full time job to get a package that they fail to deliver. We pay for a PO Box and they couldn’t even put a small box into one of the lockers. It is ridiculous that I have to take a day off work to pick up a small package that should fit in my PO Box… what a waste of money funded also by my taxes.

This is the post office I visit regularly. There is usually a line, so be prepared for a wait. I've never ran into an issue here.

Nicole was very professional, proficient and offered great customer service when I went in to apply for my passport! It was very efficient and almost anxiolytic! Thank you Nicole and Veradale USPS.

i can understand it being a very difficult time of year for these workers and people not being the kindest. i went in and waited 45 min to be helped still even with waiting when i finally went up to talk to Anna i was calm and asked how her day was she responded by saying it was getting worse and i apologized to her hoped it would get better for her. i was asking about a package that should’ve been delivered a week ago and after talking to her for about 2 min she started raising her voice with me and was extremely rude towards me. i was going to talk to her higher up but once again another long wait so i left. if you go to this location i recommend going early and be prepared for some not very happy workers. managers please talk to Anna about her customer service and not taking her anger out on customers.

Fast, kind service during the holidays. She offered me 3 ways to ship the box as I packed it, as well as using a priority box instead. Offered me insurance, let me use her marker. I was done in 2 minutes from the time I walked in.

I’ve had some pretty bad post office experiences so I truly do walk in expecting all of them to be as bad if not worse, but walking in, both staff members were extremely kind and professional. Nicole helped me with my passport and was super kind and organized. She made the process extremely easy for a first time sender.
