recently had the pleasure of working with Donna, and she is truly a ray of sunshine! My husband and I clean out storage units that we win, and not all managers are always accommodating, but Donna went above and beyond. She even took the time to drive with me to the unit so I’d know exactly where it was. I genuinely hope I get the chance to work with her again.

Moved from out of town and was easy to rent a unit without having to be in person. Even got my 1st month free! Donna the manager is a hoot! Super friendly and beyond helpful!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!

When I had first established a storage unit here a year ago I was thinking of switching due to the lack of communication I received on a couple occasions that prevented me from accessing my storage unit when I wanted to. Under the recent new management I feel like they are putting in more effort to take care of their customers and communication has improved. They do what's right and is all around not a bad storage facility. The increase in cost has been unfortunate, but still a reasonable cost.

The storage was great. The only problem is this company keeps jacking there prices up and then it goes up again. Then you get another email. Oh yeah we are jacking the price up on you again. One person I spoke to even laughed at me over the phone and then hung up. Some advice. Find storage places that are outside of Spokane. You may drive about 30 minutes north. Deer Park areas have great storage prices. You may drive but your going to get much better pricing and much better customer service.

THE WORST STORAGE FACILITY ANYWHERE!!!
NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE.....PEOPLE ARE LIVING IN THEIR UNITS...DOGS RUNNING AROUND JUMPING ON CARS...PEOPLE TRYING TO SELL YOU DRUGS.....
I GOT STUCK IN THE FACILITY BECAUSE THE GATE WAS BROKEN FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME AND HAD TO CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT THEN THEY OFFERED ME A WHOLE $30 OFF MY NEXT MONTHS RENT FOR THE TROUBLE.
I'VE BEEN LOCKED OUT OF MY UNIT IN THE PAST BECAUSE OF THE OFFICE PEOPLE NOT BEING AT THE OFFICE DURING POSTED HOURS...
WHEN YOU FINALLY ARE ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE, THEY DON'T DO A DAMN THING ABOUT THE ISSUES...THEY JUST TELL YOU TO LEAVE A GOOGLE REVIEW.
I HAVE SCRATCHES ALL ALONG MY DRIVERS DOOR FROM A DOG THAT WAS RUNNING AROUND...IT IS GOING TO COST ME A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS TO GET THE SCRATCHES TAKEN CARE OF BUT THE STORAGE PLACE DOESN'T CARE AND I GUARANTEE THEY WON'T HELP WITH THE BILL EITHER.
GUESS IT WILL BE SMALL CLAIMS COURT....

NSA Storage Solutions gave me the storage unit I needed at extremely reasonable prices, they were always a clean facility and the office people were kind and very professional at all times. Should I need storage in the future they will be the first people I call. Thank you NSA!!!
