Verizons js one of those places with a sucky customer service weve had tons of issues with getting an unlock code to transfer providers and so im just buying a new phone cause verizon is being bad id recommend at&t or t-mobile(not for a specific location btw i specifically have an issue with customer service here)

Shocked by how bad this company is. Sad this company doesn't consider human error and has stripped employees of any power to remedy this. They cannot offer solutions to problems that they may accidentally cause because we are humans. This isn't so much an issue with this specific location but with the company entirely. Although hopefully employees will double check their work in dire circumstances, but it is understandable to have error. Sadly, Verizon does not consider this. They tried to help but it just is so limited to the corruption of Verizon as a whole.

I know some times the employee is new, training, or maybe not knowledgeable in the problem, but if that's the case they should go get some help?? Maybe,?? Don't tell me you don't know, and maybe do this or that, huh, dude I don't trust you??!! Thanks for the no help verizon!!

Our Verizon rep was Dan on Wednesday July 3rd. He was a fantastic help. No issues. No extra fluff. Exactly what we wanted. We left with a new phone and he deserves a raise.

I need my phone screen fixed. I bought the insurance and they told me they would come to my home. 1st time they came, a man showed up. He didn't look like he was working working for you, but I gave him my phone to fix because I had a cracked screen. I was nervous about my phone. He had to switch phones. 2nd time, an associate at Verizon said, "Because I have insurance, they have to come to my home." Then they told me they were sending me a new new. I was to send it back when the data was transferred. I went to the store and wanted them to help me, but she said they were short staff. I needed to make an appointment. I did. Went back to the store at my appointment. The same associate said a person would be with me. He set it up until it started loading, and he said he would be back when it was done. They wouldn't take my other phone, I had to mail it back in the return self addressed envelope. I took it home. Sent it off. The 2 weeks later, I got a message saying they were going to charge me for the phone if I didn't return it . I tried calling the number, but it kept hanging up after their message said, "Wait till we connect you. The bottom line is that I am looking for a different Verizon store or even a different carrier. Worst customer service. I originally bought an IPad and had it delivered, it had to be returned to the sender cause I couldn't sign for it. I go in to the store to cancel the order which they could not do right away, so I bought an 11" IPad air. Two days later I called to cancel the original IPad I never received, which they said they did. Days later I get refunded for my down payment, but the line is still one my account making my bill extremely high. On top of that I get a call as well saying they accidentally rung my IPad 11" Air up for a 13" IPad Air, so that as well is wrong with my bill. I go in to correct everything and am there for 2 hours. Supposedly they change the 13" to the correct 11" IPad and cancel my original IPad line that I never received. A day later my account is now saying I am being billed for an IPhone 13 Pro Max that I never once purchased. Very poor customer service, and I would never recommend Verizon to anyone ever again. I will be switching providers the moment they fix my bill, if they can ever actually correct it.

I sure hope this is the right location to leave a review under but Elijah has gone above and beyond I have been having issues with my account and spent countless hours trying to fix my problem but Elijah is the one who got it done! He was the biggest help ever!

I was able to participate in one of their promotions that not only lowers my internet bill but price locks it and I get a Nintendo switch for free. So I really like Verizon! In at least 14 years of service I think I have had one time when the service went down. That was about mid-February 2024 However that was everyone not just Verizon. I can't complain. They've always treated me right and they have always worked with me when I needed them to.
