Transferred from T-Mobile to Verizon at this store there some technical issues but all got sorted out the staff here in Spokane valley corporate store by the mall were nothing short of amazing. I recommend coming here if you are looking for an amazing experience.

Of course the people are as nice as can be but they are limited in the service they are actually allowed to provide. Verizon has gone so downhill in its product and what it provides after 18 yrs, we are finding another service.

The chip in my 6Pro was not connecting me to Verizon or anything else, went into Verizon in the valley since I am a ValleyGirl Again. The guy came over for me, took my name, told me I was 25 minutes out. I waited another guy came out, fixed my phone with a new chip n off n running I Go. Thank You Verizon
