I recently reopened my account at wa trust.Because my employer uses Chase bank out of Detroit, they put it on a ten (business day) hold. David , the manager was very considerate and gave me $35 so that I would be able to get gas for my commute. I have banked with wa trust in 2017, when I deposited $80k, and they let me withdraw $10k in cash that same day. I would recommend this bank over others because they are very willing to work with their customers. The financial department from my employer has contacted David and they have released my funds. My family has banked with wa trust for decades and they seem to be one of the best.

This is a general review based in tv commercials I've seen. Do you really want a bank that uses foul language in their commercials seen by thousands or millions of people handing your professional business accounts??? I don't expect a professional organization to use foul language when doing business with me. Its not funny and reflects poorly on the business. It shows me they are not a professional organization. Some people don't use foul language aha find it offensive.

We have been customers of WTB in various Spokane locations for 50 years. They have always had friendly and efficient staff at any branch we go to. With drive thru only due to Covid I took my sister in law to the Garland branch. She was in the car and also a customer. They went out of their way to say hi to her by name and offer sympathy in death of her husband. That has happened regardless which teller was on the day we went. Thanks. Also good hours.

Teller did not even address me while working on my transaction. I pulled up as another person's was leaving then I was only one there. Sent my transaction thru tube and then withdrew it from tube 2 more people pulled into windows next to me. Teller proceeded to do their transactions first instead of mine which she had already pulled out of tube. I had to wait 15 minutes while their transactions were processed. Icing on the cake was it took another 7 minutes to have my check cashed. Totally ridiculous!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH WASHINGTON TRUST BANK HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUTSTANDING. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ACCOUNTS WITH DIFFERENT BANKS IN THE SPOKANE AREA OVER THE PAST 20+ YEARS AND HAVE FOUND WTB TO BE THE MOST PROFESSIONALLY RUN BANK IN SPOKANE, PUTTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST.

If I could post a negative review I would. This is the WORST BANK I HAVE EVER EVEN HEARD OF. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I got scammed for the first time ever where I lost over $100. I did everything I humanly possibly could to contact the fraudulent supplier, no response. I contacted Washington "Trust" (trust, what a joke) and they gave me such a small time frame (2 weeks, while I was out of town 1 of those weeks) for me to write a detailed letter with everything that happened. I called right away to get the timely part of it understood. I wrote a letter within a WEEK (not a bad time frame) that took me HOURS to write, signifying every detail and picture I could resembling this issue. One month later, I got a letter saying that my dispute was closed since they didnt receive my letter. So, I double, triple checked like I did when I originally sent the letter that it was SENT and that no possible error could have occurred (bc that does happen). But nope, it said it sent. So I called the bank to get that resolved and they said to resend it. Great, thank you I was more than happy to do that. But, this time I waited on the phone until I was told they received my letter. And they did! Great. So I patiently waited to hear back from them regarding the letter I took hours to write and prepare. The guy that was helping me supposedly got promoted to a different department. So I'm playing phone tag at this point with the rest of the staff to resolve this issue. And can you believe it? They DONT HAVE MY LETTER! Excuse me? I have not only sent this letter more than once with a confirmation still to this day I am able to prove, but I have been completely disregarded and my dispute has been "officially closed" due to time frames with VISA. Oh yeah? A time frame? How about not only have a staff that can man up to this mistake of losing my information, but have a company that actually cares about helping me. I SENT A LETTER WITHIN THE TIME FRAME. It's not MY problem that their staff not only lost my information but have been so unprofessional about cleaning up their mess. This bank DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. I asked to speak with a manager SEVERAL times, couldnt do that for me either. I have years of management experience and a bachelor degree in business under my belt, with exceptional customer service care. The only thing I care about in my work environment is customer service. That's how you KEEP customers. I was very polite, very respectful of the uncertainty and unprofessionalism that was going on, but that was not reciprocated. Every detail I mentioned in defense to my perseverance through this- was dodged, disregarded, and ultimately disrespected. I have never dealt with such unprofessional, TACKY customer "care" in my life. I didn't waste hours of my life going through writing a letter and playing phone tag with calls to get me no where. Like I said, I have years under my belt of how to take care of people. You can not trust this bank with your money. I have never spent time writing a review, but because I actually care about the dignity of others, I'm voicing this to prevent more people from falling victim. And every washington "trust" in this state will get this copied and pasted review to ensure people are told the TRUTH about their immense lack of trustworthiness and professionalism. Wells Fargo, capital one, many other banks will actually have their stuff together to resolve issues. I offered more patience than anybody could have possibly given them, because I'm an understanding, forgiving person. But when I have done everything I humanly possibly could to kindly defend myself and persevere through my kind efforts of the "trust" I was guaranteed, I'm gonna write an honest review. I gave them AMPLE opportunities to resolve this and they continued to stick to their pride and diligently chose not to help me. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

BEWARE OF THIS BANK. They funded over $800,000 in construction loans with zero oversight, zero authorization and no quality checks. For all we know, the construction loan we paid for could have funded Tom Heaths' new position. What ever you do, find another bank. When the problems were discovered, Chera Anderson and Tom Heath in Moses Lake gave out a half hearted apology with zero solutions. They paid for broken concrete, sunken asphalt, poor workmanship, incorrect heating sources, faulty bathrooms, 17 code violations and more. It took $100,000 to correct the mistakes that Washington Trust paid for.
