“Was referred to Scotty's Tire and Automotive by a friend, and just had the best car repair service ever! Windshield wiper not working so I called to make appointment. Of course they wanted to know the problem and they said before you bring it in go try this. What? Giving me a this might fix it solution and saying if that didn't work bring it in. I couldn't fix it so I brought it in. 1 hour after dropping it off they called and said ready to go. Turns out it was a simple fix and I asked what I owe. They said absolute nothing. Took us no time. That is a first. I will refer Scotty's to everyone that needs auto repair needs.Side not. I found out their oil changes are 30 dollars less then where I have been going. All of my oil changes and any repairs I need in the future will be at Scotty's.”

“Definitely a 5 star!! I got a flat tire on the way to work and put on the donut spare only to find out the lug nuts for my wheels didn't tighten enough to secure the spare (they had caps.) So very carefully I drove to Les Swab and told them my issue. Seriously within 20 minutes im walking out the door and my van is completely done!! Flat tire repaired, installed back on vehicle and ready to go! They even gave me a set of lug nuts that will secure the spare for if there's a next time. All this for no $ and so fast and courteous.”

“Andrew one of the techs here let me know that 2 of my tires were getting pretty low on tread which I had not known. I let him know I definitely could not afford tires at the moment as money was tight and I was trying to get the tires to last me through the summer. He let me know about some options but didn’t pressure me, and told me they did payment plans. Jason one of the managers didn’t want me to leave with the 2 tires on my car as they were at a dangerous tread level, I reiterated that I legitimately could not afford tires at the moment. Jason set me up with 2 brand new tires at an impossible price, to make sure I was safe to be on the road. That meant a lot. Thank you guys.”
