“We pulled into Les Schwab Store #303 on 3rd Avenue in Spokane with a serious issue with our truck. We had been experiencing a severe vibration that was so bad it was causing our seat belts to lock up.
Kyle D. greeted us and immediately inspected the tires. He quickly identified significant tread separation, and we realized how fortunate we were to have made it that far without suffering a blowout on one or both front tires.
Because our truck runs an uncommon tire size (33x12.50R22), finding replacements wasn't easy. The team located two tires at another store, made a call to have them prepared, and promptly sent a driver to pick them up.
We arrived after 4:00 PM, less than an hour before closing, but the entire team jumped into action. Despite the late hour, they worked efficiently and had us safely back on the road before 5:00 PM.
It was a fantastic experience, and I truly appreciate everyone at Store #303 for coming together to take care of us. Their professionalism, urgency, and customer service turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Thank you!”

“Took a tire to Costco for a repair. Costco tire told us the tire could not be fixed. Took it to Les Schwab, it turned out it was indeed repairable but it didn't actually need a patch as the screw did not go all the way through the tire causing a leak. They threw a patch on anyway in case it was close and send me out the door no charge!!!

“I stopped in last week with my boat trailer. It was 2pm on a Friday afternoon and I had just blown a tire on my drive back to Tacoma, WA. While putting on the spare, three of the five lugs snapped off. I limped into the shop with just two lugs and told John that I wanted to get back to Tacoma that night. With a smile, Josh said, we will do our best to have you on the road by 5pm. I noticed how busy it was (the line was out the door when I got there). John and staff stayed until 7:30 pm to get me back on the road, replacing all 5 tires, repacking bearings, and replacing the lugs! I cannot stress how thankful I am for the exceptional customer service that is provided with a smile!”

“The BEST service in Spokane. I brought my Jeep in for a flat tire this afternoon. I wasn’t sure if there was a hole or something else wrong, I couldn’t see any puncture or hear air hissing out. I felt pretty silly bringing it in when all I could say was concerning me was low tire pressure. Colby got me checked in and reassured me I was right to bring it in. Noe was the tech who worked on my vehicle, he was speedy and made sure to update me during the process (there was a hole!). I was in and out in no time!
I’ve come to this location a few times for flat tire help and I’ve always experienced such great service. I’m truly grateful to everyone here, it’s so nice to know there’s a place like this to bring my car if I’m having issue. I never worry if I have a flat or low tire pressure, I know that as long as the tire can get me here, I’ll be taken care of. Thank you to Noe, Colby, and everyone else here!
