“Joel is amazing- I cannot recommend this shop enough. Was driving from Montana back out to Oregon and my truck broke down in Spokane and I was lucky enough to go to Joel first. Super honest, extremely reasonable price, and he was able to get me back on the road in no time. Honestly wish I lived in Spokane so I could have Joel as my go-to mechanic. So grateful for this shop!”

“The BEST service in Spokane. I brought my Jeep in for a flat tire this afternoon. I wasn’t sure if there was a hole or something else wrong, I couldn’t see any puncture or hear air hissing out. I felt pretty silly bringing it in when all I could say was concerning me was low tire pressure. Colby got me checked in and reassured me I was right to bring it in. Noe was the tech who worked on my vehicle, he was speedy and made sure to update me during the process (there was a hole!). I was in and out in no time! I’ve come to this location a few times for flat tire help and I’ve always experienced such great service. I’m truly grateful to everyone here, it’s so nice to know there’s a place like this to bring my car if I’m having issue. I never worry if I have a flat or low tire pressure, I know that as long as the tire can get me here, I’ll be taken care of. Thank you to Noe, Colby, and everyone else here! You guys are seriously the best in town.”

“Purchased all our tires here for the last 25 years. Detailed information always available for best tire safety and treadlife. Also great for suspension and alignment and of course free tire rotations. Brake work is excellent and less expensive than at the dealer downtown. Great South Hill location.”

“Amazing people to work with. Kyra kept me informed daily of the progress of my car. They did an amazing job on the back of my car, can not tell that someone had hit it. Top notch in my book. Would recommend to everyone.”

“I had a great experience. I scheduled my appointment online, first thing Saturday morning. The employee was very kind and printed me quotes for multiple tire options. Since I planned on waiting for a hour or so, I walked to a local coffee shop (Garden Cafe) at the employees recommendation. It was very good. The employee (I wish I would have asked his name!) Refreshed me on the warranty/benefits that came with my brand new tires. Well worth it! Very personable experience.”

“Took a tire to Costco for a repair. Costco tire told us the tire could not be fixed. Took it to Les Schwab, it turned out it was indeed repairable but it didn't actually need a patch as the screw did not go all the way through the tire causing a leak. They threw a patch on anyway in case it was close and send me out the door no charge!!! Great customer service, We will be back for sure.”

“You simply can't beat Costco's prices, but when you match that up with their incredible service in the tire department, you just can't go wrong when buying that new set of tires. Nobody budgets for tires, but Costco makes that hit a lot less painful with their discount options.”
