I paid the bill in cash and then I had to go back and pay with the card so I had proof I feel they burn you quite regularly

I came to the store cuz I had a problem with my phone the staff were great helpful friendly kind and knowledgeable they fix my problem very quick and gave me advice just in case the situation happen again and to Max and Isidro y’all are all stars in my book will recommend this store to friends and family

I had a terrible experience at this store. I went to trade in my iPhone and get a new one, and not only did they not stock the one I was trying to get, so the employee [I won't name anyone online but I do know the person's name] ordered it for me and said I had to come back when I got the new one to trade in my old for the credit. The employee said I would get $700 credit for the phone. When I got the new one in the mail and brought in the old for a trade in I went to a different location in town, and when they tried to trade it in, the system said I could only get $350 credit because the promotion had ended 10 days earlier, before I was at the other store. The employee either didn't know the promotion or lied to me outright, and that's a big difference to my budget. The Northtown Mall store was also severely understaffed and had too many customers, so I had to wait half an hour for all of this. That store was also really dingy and unpleasant to be in. I will not be using that store again, and their employees should be more knowledgeable.
