I have been calling att customer service for days with no resolve. I came into the store on north division and was greeted immediately by Chase and he helped us resolve our issue very quickly. We were even able to upgrade my wifes phone. It was a great experience

Best customer service experience I’ve ever had in a phone store! Employees were friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me into my new phone! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

This is the best at&t store on the northside hands down. They were so helpfull and actually helped me get over 300 in credit on my wireless business account. Top-notch people working there.
