Laurie is lying I was there that day and the rep explained to her 3 times that charger wasnt included and suggested getting a new one but didn't have too. This store is amazing

I do not trust them . HE Did not tell me the prices of items, only after he told me to buy a supercharger As he said I needed it. When I came bknthe 4th time . Then he told me I could use my original phone charging cord.(Lied to me said I told him I would look up price of cell phone ) I did not know what phone he wads selling me yet. So I do not trust them and will not shop there again.

One guy is very helpful but doesn't inform about any charges that will be applied to any changes I wanted to do, he mentioned sim card charges, but not the most ridiculous plan change activation fee.
Following day, he wasn't there to resolve the difference between his monthly estimate going forward and actial that came in in the email this morning which is 100% more. So another rep right away did not look like she was in the mood to help with anything. Said she doesn't k own what I and the other employee did yesterday so she can't help me.... when I'm right there asking for help to at least look at what I asked amd got and fix it....
Anyway. Stay away fromAT&T not just overpriced and hidden fees and unnecessary activation and plan switch fees.
Xfinity can't wait to be your customer.

There are always issues with this store whenever I come to do business. My wife wanted to pay off the remainder of our bill, and the sales rep gave her an attitude like we were bothering him. Very unpleasant. Then, a few days later, I came back to drop some cash for an 2 upgrades and the dude left a sign saying he would be gone for 2 hours (3 to 5). The store opens at 10 and closes at 8. Come on! I just ended up going the distance and went to the Valley store instead like we did last time. I figured a year would change the service here, but I guess not.

We bought our first phones there 6-7 years ago & our experience was awful. I swore I would never darken their doors again. My wife talked me into going there again yesterday to update our phones. We were pleasantly surprised how we were treated..Jorge helped us & we both were elated on how he took his time & wasn’t pushy. Jorge explained the options to us & we walked out of there extremely pleased with what we decided on. We WILL go back!!!

AT&T too expensive, store could not help with issue. And after 2+ years how are my phones still not paid off? 300+ dollars a month for less than sub-optimal service and continously throttled data speeds. Not happy, and feel stuck.

Affordable experience at AT&t the staff was super unprofessional cannot answer my questions nor did they have an answer to any of my questions the full book experience and I don't know if I'll ever go back there I would not recommend them. I used to work for them for 2 years, the corporate stores are so much more professional and knowledgeable compared to these contractors stores where nobody knows what they're doing they are just by for the worst, but corporate stores they have don't have any in Spokane unfortunately..... ?

I went in yesterday and was greeted by nothing but rudeness. Dexter made it clear that he did not want to help us and was extremely short and rude with his responses. My family and i are definitely going to be taking our business elsewhere.

Dexter left halfway through our appointment and never came back. Was extremely rude when I called later with questions. Short and non informative responses to all my questions! Will never return to this store!!
