Erik was great. He answered all my questions and didn't make it feel like he was forcing me to purchase products and deals I didn't want. He was efficient and very professional. The whole experience was fast and overall great.

Of all my experiences with AT&T yesterday's visit has to be one of the best. Eric was very outgoing and helpful, he addressed some of our concerns without us verbally expressing them. I was very happy with my visit, I was able to get exactly what I was looking for and more.
