“My wife went out to start her car this morning and it wouldn't start. Called Vandervert and they were great on the phone and said I could drop it off and they would work it in this week. I was luckily able to get it to the shop after a jump. Matt was awesome and tested the battery for us and it did turn out to be the battery. Tested the alternator just to be sure and it was fine. Got us in right away and the battery was done in minutes. Definitely will be back for anything else we need done.”

“I just had my 2012 Buick Enclave detailed by JS Mobile Detailing and I couldn't post a review quick enough. My car had a six pack of coke explode in it, glitter dropped in it and my dog all over it.I was hoping for a decent vacuum and cleanning job. After spending a few hours on my car, it looks new. I mean, there is NO trace of soda stains, glitter or dog hair anywhere. My car looks like it is fricken new!! I can't recommend them enough!!”

“I was very skeptical to begin with, they’ve popped up multiple times and the pre payment for a deposit seemed skeptical just because of online and how systems work however they reassured me it was just to hold the appointment and remainder could be paid cash if needed. My schedule is extremely busy and it constantly changes so my availability was limited.. My appointment was scheduled for 8 am, one of their technicians had an emergency and they were trying to reschedule however my schedule just wouldn’t work. So they ended up moving things around and were still able to squeeze me in and send Joe down. They are very flexible and understanding.

“My husband and I took a trip to Montana recently and when heading back to Seattle, we stopped by the Mister car wash on Division St in Spokane. The SUV was covered in bugs, not just their guts. I was concerned they might become a permanent part of the car with enough sun and told my husband it would probably take 2 - 3 washes. We went through and at the end of the car wash; the employee was there to inspect and told us to go through again at no cost. The 2nd time around, the employee took extra time with the bug removal and hand sprayed the front grill before sending us in the 2nd time. Thanks Mister car wash for caring, your great staff and their attention to detail!”

“I got into a minor accident recently in my Outback. I had damage to the front bumper and driver’s side headlight. Kris and the team were fantastic at getting my car quoted to my insurance and then fixing it before I needed to move. It looks brand new now, and I couldn’t be happier!! Definitely recommend as the customer service is great.”
“We were traveling from southern Oregon to Post Falls Idaho and stopped here due to the road grit and to clean off some bird droppings that we did not want to remain on the car in the heat on our trip.
Price was great $14 for a basic wash. The only negative was the card reader did not want to read either of our cards, so we had to back up and change lanes to use the tap method. Ultimately that did work, and we got the car washed. It did not make me feel great when it comes to personal security when it comes to public electronic payment. If anything happens with our credit history, this will be my first place to check.
Car wash did a decent job of cleaning the car. I do not think any car wash gets it all, without some hand cleaning being done, so I think it was well worth the price and convenience.”
“I love bringing my cars here! They use hot canuba wax also. The underbody rinse is cool. Good clear coat. And this wheel thing for your rims and tires. My car always looks better than everyone I know lol. Also the water blows off the car really well. No spots”
