My car was rifled through and my dogs ashes stolen from it while in the care of lithia. They did not fix everything they claim to have fixed and my car is still throwing codes.

Got my car done the right way. Marge stayed in contact throughout the entire process. Progressive uses this location as a trusted repair shop. This means they can order the parts without all the red tape.

Worst paint match ever... Girl at front desk seemed oblivious... Terrible experience... Took way too long and this company was extremely rude, that includes the manager..DONT USE THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. Seriously
