I have a personal and business account here. I could tell by the smirk on the tellers face that she put my deposit into the wrong account. I fixed it online and I'm looking for a new bank now.

This is the worst service ever cannot talk to anyone when you call trying to report a fraud account. Someone called and said there was account with my number on it which I have never had a account with this bank and I can't get anyone to answer the call. I don't have a account and never did yet that's the only way you can talk to someone. I will definitely never ever do business with B of A

Used to be a customer and never had any issues for over 10 yrs. The last 5 yrs. The customer service has declined...NOT FROM THE SERVERS THERE TO HELP....Rather tbe lack of them at one time. A line out the door for in-person service. As I looked at this long line we wait in every month to pay our mortgage elderly....disabled....and just getting off work...chronic pain . Please supply more humans to help in-service customers they took time to come in

I had the best experience with Jeremiah Porter who is the Vice President at this branch. He is always very sweet, helpful, smart, active, and thoughtful. He helped me through my visit and made it very smooth.

If I could give zero stars I would. The employees at this location are highly incompetent. They don’t know how to listen to the customer and don’t explain what’s going on. Nataliya and Jeremiah clearly have no idea how to do their job.

⚠️This location refused to CASH OUR CHECK despite the fact that we've had a relationship with BOA for over a decade! ALCECIA, the teller at the branch, caused a huge scene and then once we left the bank SHE WENT BEHIND OUR BACKS, CREATED A NARRATIVE WHERE SHE WAS A VICTIM AND BANK OF AMERICA FROZE ALL OF OUR MONEY IN NUMEROUS ACCOUNTS AND CLOSED ALL OF OUR ACCOUNTS WITH NO WARNING OR CONVERSATION! THIS IS EXTREMELY BIASED AND PREJUDICED BEHAVIOR BY THE INSTITUTION ⚠️ NO bank should ever resort to such an extreme measure and STEAL FROM IT'S CUSTOMERS! BANK OF AMERICA HAS BEEN ON THE NEWS LATELY for shady, illegal and immoral business practices and for STEALING MONEY FROM IT'S CUSTOMERS FRAUDULENTLY!! DO NOT SUPPORT BANK OF AMERICA IN ANY WAY. THIS IS A VERY TOXIC BUSINESS FOR OUR COMMUNITY. TAKE YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU WILL BE RESPECTED and treated fairly ?. Why do I have 3 different credit cards when I log in into my online banking? I'm aware of just 2 credit cards: 1. Personal and 2. Business. Where is the 3rd credit card coming from? I called customer service and their explanation was not enough. They told that I should ignore the 3rd since it doesn't matter, it matters to me and I want it fixed

Absolutely the worst bank ever. Each month I have to go through the biggest hassle to pay my bill, despite setting up automatic payments each time. Crooks - they will charge you twice, and it’s on you to resolve all of it - which is a HUGE hassle to deal with, as the bank itself is very difficult to do business with.

BOA figures out what the bare minimum staffing is needed to run a branch and then they only hire half of what is needed. This branch is always understaffed and consequently, the staff have horrible attitudes. The commercial teller, Mrs Hill is the worst, and seemingly blames customers for not trying to bank online or use ATM, instead of focusing on what a customer actually needs for unique situations. Where do they find hire these people from?!?!?

I wish that I could actually have the ability to make the reader feel the excruciating pain that I'm experiencing due to opening a checking account at the Bank of America almost 3 weeks ago . I am terminally ill and I have needed to get to my settlement money for my medication and in order to live in a humane existence. Since I opened my checking account at Bank of America on Wellesley and division, and was noticeably dropped off into the abyss of technological banking, I have not had access to my money the entire time unless I go into the bank. I live 45 minutes away. I have gone there four times. My issue and subsequent issues have not ever been resolved. At all. I am tracking the customer service chain of command on my way to the bank one more time. They are holding money that I desperately need to get my medication. This has been the worst customer service experience in 54 years of life. They won't help you on the phone, they don't help me in person and they will not give me my money. My money. Not their money, my money. Now as sick as I am I'm going to go to the urgent Care and then I'm going to take an Uber that someone else is paying for to go to the Bank of America on Wellesley and demand my money. They don't know I'm coming because there is no way to reach anyone there through any platform. And believe me I've tried. The reviews that I have been leaving get kicked out continuously. I feel like I am in the Twilight zone. That's how bad this customer service is. I will update this review. If they don't flag it.

Has no problem with wasting your time. Went in for currency exchange, the teller (who was clearly learning the job and very nice) asked the assistant manager what needed to be done to help us and she snapped at him for simply asking questions. She then told us to wait 20 minutes for assistance. After waiting for 45 minutes another employee kindly checked in with us and checked with the assistant manager who was “waiting on a phone call and unable to assist us.” Why tell your customers to wait for 20 minutes and not even update them if you’re too busy.
