BECU is my bank of choice for personal and business banking. My last visit Walker Allsup professionally assisted me by sorting out a credit card misuse I would have missed without his help. I strongly recommend this bank to anyone who values being treated professionally and kindly. Tellers are thorough, careful, and kind.

They won’t even give you a number to a local branch. Everything is from a central call center. Super inconvenient and not customer friendly at all

Horrible place with Horrible people. I don't understand how anyone can look down on disabled people like there trash. Who do you think you are? I closed my account and tell everyone my experience with the people I interacted with that day.

⚠️ TRUST US... you will save yourself a lot of stress and many hours of being treated with contempt by representatives, given misinformation, having products offered by the institution FAIL with no explanation and at your expense (until you spend SAID HOURS AND STRESS mitigating) TO DO BUSINESS WITH A DIFFERENT CREDIT UNION‼️ BECU does not seem to value it's members, our time, or our money and the social effects of BECU MISTAKES AND PRACTICES. We implore you to research OTHER CREDIT UNIONS and COMPARE THEM to becu. The time spent will benefit you exponentially in terms of the stress and humility it takes to rectify even the smallest mistakes or inconsistencies when dealing with BECU. By reading this post, you've already been given the opportunity to SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY, so if you choose to ignore this warning, ⚠️ make sure you listen to the person who takes the time and effort it takes to post HONEST AND TRANSPARENT REVIEWS of her/his experience with the businesses with SHADY PRACTICES TOWARDS IT'S CUSTOMERS ??

I love BECU as a DDA non business customer. But as a business customer I will probably be closing my account since apparently BECU, and all other credit unions in WA do not allow you to withdraw rolled coins. : update A Branch manager reached out to me and let me know they will be offering rolled coins, and thanked me for the feedback. It was a great interaction. Updated my review to 5 stars.

You should have options to take out 1$, 5$, 10$ on top of the 100 & 20$. Most people need the little cash they have.

Never been a big fan of banks, however having used a credit union, specifically this one, I am especially grateful for all of their incredible service. Recently had some fraud on my account which they helped me deal with a friendly direct and immediate manner. Their service is friendly fast and to the point. Comfortable seating while waiting, as well as free Wi-Fi available. They deal with you in a one-on-one manner, and they don't make you feel rushed.

Unreliable. I needed to cash a check and asked the employee helping me to clarify whether or not I would be able to do so here. She did, I followed her instructions, and I ended up with the funds locked in an account for several days. She apologized and walked off without offering as much as a hint of a solution, politely leaving me empty handed and quite frankly struggling to get by. In the future I hope they assess more deeply whether they can help someone before condemning them. I could have just gone somewhere else to do this and now I've faced consequences for choosing here.

Really awful. I was told I wasn’t able to deposit a two party check unless I opened a joint checking account with the other party, which is very inaccurate. How scary you’d be telling that to someone not knowing their situation. I just transferred to BECU and my impression is I can’t trust them with my money if they don’t even know the answer to a simple question. I went in to inquire on what I needed to do in order to cash a check and had two (I’d say associates, but that’s too generous) people working there give me false information. I wish I wouldn’t have switched and hope it’ll be a smooth transition to back out.

No tellers, no accepting currency, and condescending "service."I opened an account here to start banking in the area. Took 3 days to do. Strike 1.Then I wanted to deposit a check and some cash (coins), so I went to this branch. Couldn't walk in...had to make an appointment first. Strike 2.Talked with a rep there, who tried hard to look down his nose at me. He bluntly told me that they don't have teller service there, and if I wanted something so uncouth as a teller to help me deposit MY money in HIS credit union, I should go...to another credit union!(Oh, and his lip actually curled when I mentioned depositing coins. He indicated a Coinstar machine across the hall.)Strike 3. I haven't had the account 1 week, but I'm already out. Maybe this CU is better at other locations...but this one sure isn't.

Wow, Atm takes the $200.00 then doesn't deposit it properly, then doesn't provide proper refunds, wow, looking for a credit union or bank, definitely not BECU

I loved this bank when I first became a member but now I am very disappointed I even chose this bank. I cannot get a live representative for the life of me the chat messenger on the app literally leaves me hanging I have waited for 3 HOURS to get a response and NO ONE has helped me. No ones ever available to help you in the bank. COVID has completely made every customer service experience a joke. I am limited on an amount I can spend a day OF MY OWN HARD WORKING MONEY causing me to be late on house payments car payments and my electricity bill. I feel that this is completely unfair as this is my money and I should be able to access and spend however much I would like. No other credit union here in Spokane keeps your money from you. It literally takes 4 business days for ANY of my deposits to go through and than again im limited?!? EXTREMELEY frustrated I cannot wait to finally close my account and go elsewhere.
