BECU has always made us feel welcome every time we visit a branch. Our last experience had to deal with some estate documents and manager Cyndi Lane went above and beyond for us. For us it was very stressful closing out our Mom's life, but Cyndi took it in stride and helped us get it figured out. Really appreciate you all!
