Big 5 Sporting Goods is a traditional, full-line sporting goods store offering a broad selection of athletic shoes, apparel, and accessories, along with equipment for team sports, fitness, camping, and outdoor recreation. The store is noted for having the best selection of affordable shoes in town, carrying name brands, and is a good place to get nice shoes locally, especially on sale. Customers find reasonable prices and exactly what they are looking for, including athletic and running shoes. The bigger store has lots of product, with a decent selection of clothing and camping gear too. The staff are tremendous, helpful, friendly, and always point customers in the right direction. Some note the store is older and could use a remodel and update to its layout. It remains a reliable destination for finding good shoes and gear at affordable prices.
Went in now looking for anything per say, but still found something. Really need to look less and NOT buy more ... 🤣

We were greeted when we entered and again while looking for boots. The young gentlemen that was working the floor was very helpful and friendly. The cashier was pleasant as well.
