This company couldn't suck more. My father passed recently and left me a small amount of stock. They are holding it hostage, regardless what I do to prove my identity.

The mobile app is terrible. You can't login frequently whenever it is busy, which means when you need to the most. I cant login to the website either and they have me on hold for 1 hour now and counting. Please give me my AMERITRADE back!!!!!

Horrendously bad customer service. I have been a Schwab customer for nearly 30 years without any problems. Samantha is particularly rude and unhelpful.
