Although the downtown location does not allow restroom access for clients, the overall experience at Chase Bank remains highly positive, with quick service and dedicated staff who genuinely care about their customers.
I went in to check the status of a credit card application since it had been 3 weeks. Max was incredibly helpful and friendly, got it all sorted and approved for me, and put in a rush order so I didn’t have to wait any longer. Great service, thanks Max!

Wonderful customer service, Christopher was very patient, nice and answer all of my questions. It really helps me a lot. (I love their debit card design btw, they work with Disney)
