Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Nearly impossible to ever reach the actual branch that are listed. Always a framed out site that cant help you. Then they connect you to a line that tells you how busy they are and to call back. This has happened numerous times in the last two weeks. Dont use this bank for anything!!

Great customer service! Jenelle, the Branch Manager, went out of her way to help me. Phone banking could not help and the CDA branch did not answer their phone. One call to this branch and Jenelle jumped into action with a super friendly attitude. Thank you so much!
