A few weeks ago, I had an appointment with Maxwell to open a new chequing account, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He made the whole process quick and seamless. Maxwell was friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoyable to chat with—he somehow made a trip to the bank feel fun! 😄
If you’re looking for a great banking experience, I definitely recommend this branch and especially Maxwell. You’ll be in good hands!

I went in to check the status of a credit card application since it had been 3 weeks. Max was incredibly helpful and friendly, got it all sorted and approved for me, and put in a rush order so I didn’t have to wait any longer. Great service, thanks Max!

I came here with my mother a month ago and they didn't let her remove her nephew from the account. Hernandez nephew went to a local office in Illinois and told him she has to do it. When here in Washington won't let her do it. It a horrible bank

Wonderful customer service, Christopher was very patient, nice and answer all of my questions. It really helps me a lot. (I love their debit card design btw, they work with Disney)

This bank is great & so are the employees. Shayla helped me today with my big mess. She is super friendly, & has a great smile. She has the patience of a Saint. She was on hold for thirty minutes or so, trying to fix my mess, & not once lost her smile & good humor. She is the best & is one of the reasons I continue to bank at Chase. P.S. I've never waited even 5 minutes in line for the tellers.

been a customer for years, I wrote a personal check to a friend i owed money too and i had him take it to my bank to cash it and because my friend
does not have an account with them he was charged $10.00, I am not valued as a customer

Yvonne is so lovely. She helped me open a checking and savings account and received wonderful service. The only Con to the downtown location is they don’t allow clients to use the restroom. I ended up spending 20 minutes running around to different shops until someone let me use their restroom and then came back to my appointment.

took my money out of my checking at an atm then never deposited the money, still took it out of my checking though!
