When it comes to customer service it is very important for the best customer service at a bank but at Chase Bank their service is very bad and they will not help you out on anything.I am planning on opening a different count at a different bank and it's going to be Washington mutual I have spoke to someone from there and they were very nice and generous and mentioned that they would help me to get a business account open were Chase Bank will not make any effort to go out of their way to help you.

It's Chase... personally find them difficult to work with. Won't take a credit card payment over the phone, which makes you come into their branch to pay. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

They are always so nice n make sure they have done whatever it is a person needs. From the tellers, the door guy, and the bankers...they are all very knowledgeable and they are also polite to their customers.

Gabriel has helped me multiple times and has always been patient, thorough, and informative. He offers great thoughts and expertise; Chase is lucky to have him working there and I would recommend his help to anyone!

I switched from stcu to chase a couple months ago, HUGE MISTAKE. Every time I’ve tried to deposit a check to them it takes a ridiculous amount of time for the money to be available for me to use. I deposit the same amount from the same company consistently and there’s always a problem. Ive tried to cash them with the teller and there was an issue with that too. I have to leave for vegas in the morning and since they have decided not to give me my money for weeks I’ll be eating ramen for breakfast lunch & dinner while I’m stuck there! Thanks chase. So glad I opened an account with you so I can make extra stops and pay fees to MONEY TREE to ever see my money.

I would never recommend anyone to chase. They lied to me by saying they would help me then refused later on. And I went into cancel my account because I was scammed recently and I can no longer have that account. Natasha helped me cancel it but made me feel stupid and helpless. She was so rude and not quite about it either everyone could hear what she was saying. I admit I wasn't smart to fall for a scam but to make me feel stupid about it and pretty much call me stupid is not okay. Unless you are helping chase they won't help you. They don't care about you but themselves I am utterly hurt by how I was treated.

If my money is in a bank and I want to add a person to my account, I should be able to do so. I shouldn't have to waste time, take time off of work because the service isn't available online, to be told I have to schedule an appointment. Absolutely absurd! Do better!

Hey when you say that you're gonna open up at 9 o'clock in the morning and it's now 9:43 maybe you should take that off that you're not open when it says you're open

Poor customer service by phone or in person. I planned to move my accounts as soon as I find a better alternative.I also have concerns about the politically correct "movements" that Chase is backing financially.

I came to this branch to close an account. The account closure had been approved by Chase and through the amazing customer service of Yvonne. Yvonne is a customer service ninja if I ever saw one. The problem is that this branch (specifically Sonja) refused to help me close the account, refused to call Yvonne, told me to go somewhere else. Simply said that I couldn’t be helped that day because they had no more appointment slots and she had someone coming in 10 minutes. After another call to Guru Yvonne she sent me to another Customer Service Jedi Brenna at the Sullivan branch who closed the account in less than 10 minutes! Can’t say enough bad things about how I was treated by Sonja and her branch. Seek out a different branch.

Tried opening an account, they asked me extremely personal questions, then treated me poorly when I said I didn't feel comfortable answering. Not a positive experience.

My 5 star review is specific to one employee, OA. I don't think you publish names of employees in reviews for - obvious reasons. OA helped me get the info I needed regarding my Mother's former investment account so I could get that info to the State of Washington. The info was necessary to prove she had no more investment $ so the State could help finance her end-of-life care. After contacting 4 other Chase/JP Morgan locations and being disconnected 3X (work at home likely) and being told it was not possible the 4th time, OA was a breath of fresh air. He got me the data by requesting his supervisor send it in Chase/JP Morgan secure email to a branch manager within a mile of me (So Cal) so I could be handed the document needed. He called me repeatedly over 2 days to be SURE it was working so my Mom would have every possible chance of getting financial assistance from the State. He took to heart the need I had and found a way to both get me the info AND make sure the info was secure at the same time. Kudos to OA! Now I will write his Manager.
