Chase Bank is a financial institution that has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some customers have praised the bank's helpful and knowledgeable staff, who are described as polite and attentive to their needs, others have found the bank difficult to work with, particularly when it comes to making credit card payments over the phone. One customer who became a victim of identity theft found the process of resolving the issue to be daunting and scary, but was grateful for the assistance of a specific employee who made the process navigable, understandable, and possible. The customer described the bank's team as "stalwart" and "sincerely and genuinely" helpful, despite the customer's lack of understanding in the digital age. Overall, the reviews suggest that Chase Bank's customer service can be a mixed bag, with some employees going above and beyond to assist customers, while others may be less accommodating.

It's Chase... personally find them difficult to work with. Won't take a credit card payment over the phone, which makes you come into their branch to pay. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
