He assured my mom that he could fix it, he said that it may take some time depending on how busy they were, but that was okay. My mom paid a small portion down and he said she could pay the rest when she came to pick it up.
At 11:55 am my mom got a call from Alex, and he said that he was done fixing the game console and that she could pick up any time while they are open.
