“I needed a battery replaced in my iPhone 8....made an appt online, received a call a few minutes later to confirm and to remind me to turn off the Find a Phone feature :). Dropped the phone off at the appt time, they had the battery in stock, and my phone was ready at the projected time. Veronica was super helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions, as was Gary and the entire team !! 5 Stars today !!”
“The 2 ladies in O'Reilly Auto Parts today were both amazing, they helped me figure out the part that was faulty on my car. Now I can replace the faulty part. Thank you ladies : )”
“I have been buying my car parts here since the 80s back when it was a Schuck’s auto supply. (still has the same phone number.). My favorite parts store by a longshot.”
“Had the pleasure of having Wendi assist me in researching a part. We dont often get humor and professionalism packed in one person. We did here! Wonderful service”
“I just worked with a great guy named Rolland who bent over backwards to try to help me find a golf cart battery. Some fantastic customer service by a person who really knew his stuff and cared. Highly recommend!”
“Sox…The Oreilly’s Mascot. Found this dog when changing my radiator cap at the Market & Francis location. No microchip, just her and her ball. She’s got a loving home until her owner can be located. It will be a hard sell since it was about 100 degrees and we sat for an hour waiting. I wasn’t about to leave her out in the heat and I don’t think much of any pet owner that loses their pet in the heat and doesn’t go looking. Assuming she wasn’t out long, as she wasn’t in distress…just kept dropping the ball at my feet and barking until I tossed it. Funny thing is, this dog is an all star short stop for sure. I’ll update with short videos of her retrieving the ball. Dog is absolutely hilarious.”

“I had an outstanding experience at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Spokane, thanks to Kevin. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and truly went above and beyond to assist me with my trailer batteries. From charging them properly to helping with installation, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
It’s rare to come across customer service that genuinely makes you feel taken care of, but Kevin delivered exactly that. I left feeling relieved, confident everything was done right, and very grateful for his time and expertise. Because of this experience, I am now a loyal customer.
If you’re in need of battery help, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Kevin—you’ll be in great hands.”

“Not only did they have the hard to find group 41 battery that I needed for my classic car in stock, but they couldn’t have been more friendly and down to earth. You could tell that this was a group of guys that was trying to get it right for their customers. That’s unusual in today’s day and age. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you.”
