Used Enterprise as my rental during a car repair. I contacted the store on Francis in Spokane. Arrangements were made easily, Meagan picked me up promptly at the repair shop, rental car was clean and operated well. Check out was very smooth. Will use again

Complete pain to pull in and out of the parking lot.They have sixty cars and no where to park them. So they take up all of the neighboring businesses parking instead. They have way outgrown this location.

I had a bad experience with another office in Spokane but this branch on Francis was amazing. Megan and her team went way above and got me a vehicle at the last minute. Great customer service!!
