“I am currently renting a car through Coeur d’Alene enterprise but work in downtown Spokane. I was driving to work and cracked my windshield so I was freaking out. I called downtown Spokane enterprise and spoke with Logan, Who was very helpful and polite regarding my tone and attitude that I know I had! He continuously Made effort efforts to ensure me the car was fine and I would not have to replace the windshield. I very much appreciate his patience with me!! Thank you Logan!”

Eli, Lauren and Isaac were amazing. when I needed to trade in my vehicle for a different one, as my needs had changed. These 3 were quick and professional even when a few issues came up. “Rented a car from Hertz. Went to pick it up last night and wasn't able to get it because I didn't have a flight out. I shouldn't need a flight to rent a car. So it was canceled. This morning I rented a car from Budget. Was in and out very quick, reasonably priced and didn't push all the extras but did offer them. Car was clean, filled with gas, and the owner was incredibly nice.”

“Usually wait until the end to post, but this has been a strange start. Jessica, who checked me in, was absolutely wonderful. Pleasant, helpful, and efficient! She offered me a great update for $12/day. Normally I'd decline but she had me very much at ease. When I picked up the car, which is a model I love, it was kind of dirty. Also, I noted the final paperwork had the upgrade listed at $14/day. Staff drove the 4 star rating, the rest is questionable.”
“Great experience with Zak at Thrify's counter. Large family trip and not all vehicles were reserved at another provider and they were out of vehicles. Zak was quick to help out and get us another vehicle with them. He was kind, quick to respond and really helped us out.”
