We made a reservation 3 days in advance for an SUV. We called a couple hours before our reservation to see if we could pick the SUV up early only to be told that they didn’t have any car for us. We asked to speak to the manager. The manager named Alex told us that he didn’t confirm our reservation that was booked through corporate 3 days ago so there was nothing he could do for us. Then said he was too busy to help us find a car at a different location and hung up on us.

Every time I use Enterprise rent a car , on Francis Ave, Spokane WA, I have a 15 star experience out of a scale of 1-10 stars , 10 being the highest.

Had a really good experience renting a vehicle from this location. I put in for a random car and ended up being able to drive around a Dodge Challenger GT! Not only did I have lots of fun, so did my daughter. I highly recommend going here for any vehicle rental needs! Thanks for the positive experience!
