Terrible service. Always delayed by multiple days. Additional freight charges plus damaged delivery. We contacted their customer service and they told us to contact CH Robinson. We contacted CH Robinson and they told us to contact Estes. Avoid. Use any other carrier.

This place is useless as a shipping company. My order had 3 boxes and they only delivered one. I asked someone about it through their website chat and they said sorry and that I would get the other two the next day. Next day rolls around and now they are saying it won’t happen till next week. Totally useless.

Ordered a mini split unit from Home Depot shipped out of Miami Florida the 22nd of July supposedly Estes is the carrier still not at Sandpoint Idaho we could have walked to Florida to pick that up terrible service terrible
