This is the best GameStop in Spokane.
The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the store is clean and organized. A breath of fresh air compared to the other Spokane locations which actually smell like dookie!

Walked into the GameStop on 29th on the south hill and witnessed an individual customer screaming and cussing at the GameStop worker the worker handled himself with up most respect and the customer in raged even more . 10 stars to the only individual working at the game stop in the first place for dealing with that situation as good as they did

Not sure who the employee was but they were so kind and interactive! Extremely good customer service and an absolute joy to meet. I went in on December 14th at about 10:45am, so whichever employee was on at that time was a total winner!

A game I purchased they ended up not actually have in stock. Also the associate pretended not to notice the strong smell of feces from the area between the PlayStation and Switch sections. The carpets need shampooing or something, it’s disgusting.

I’m not sure who the associate was that was working around 630pm Dec 27 2023 but I tried to use my warranty on a Nintendo switch pro remote. He said that “ he couldn’t honor my warranty, that the policy has changed, and the computer has the final say.” He went on to tell me that I should contact customer service” so that is what I did. Customer service told me that all warranty matters are handled in the store, that there wasn’t anything they could do on their end, and that the store should honor my warranty. What’s the purpose of buying a warranty if I can’t use it?

Bought 2 ps5’s brand new and extended warranty on both and everything I bought both ps5 controllers had issues and they didn’t want to honor the warranty and then had to take back my sonsconsole and they said they can only give me a used console for the warranty even though that was never told to me when they sold me the extended warranty the guy told me it’s just business like he owns the place or something and no that’s not just business that’s bad business if I bought a brand new ps5 and the extended warranty I should get a new ps5 if the brand new one is having issues within the time frame of the warranty they act all friendly when selling the warranty but act really rude when it comes to honoring the warranty went in with my son and right away the employee has an attitude like we did something wrong and it’s always the same guy it’s like there trained to not honor the warranty that they upsale you on for everything this makes me never want to buy another product from GameStop again Walmart does a better job and the should tell you something and you would think after spending thousands of dollars they would act like they cared just a little bit that your stuff isn’t working properly they just want to act like it’s no big deal worst experience ever and I would really like to get ahold of corporate about this issue I am so disappointed with the way this store is doing business

I've been going to this GameStop for well over a decade and somehow it always seems to attract the best employees. everyone loves talking about games and are extremely helpful when you're looking for something fun to play. Never had a bad experience in this store.
