Came in about an hour ago to trade in a console I didn't use anymore. Both of the employees who helped me were very informative, kind and helpful. I don't go to game stores much, but I would come back here if I did need something, no question.

Whenever we go in, they are so kind and happy to help us with whatever we need. They know their stuff, and they're good with my kid who wanted a retro DS game that was locked up.
