So sad after the merge the service has been very lack luster. Wait times are longer wrong information on emailing transaction infoReally sad been a customer for many years really thinking about leaving it’s just not the same experience as when it was Alaska USA

Great service everytime I go here! I have friends and family who bank here, and they love it! Global staff is super friendly and even if they don't provide a product, they'll do their best to help you! Definitely recommend if you want a credit union that makes you feel like family!
