Not sure what the negative reviews were about aside from the merger two years ago. Regardless, I visited from out-of-state to make a deposit and the process went smoothly for me. Staff were polite and helpful. The building interior is also appears clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Overall a pleasant experience for me.

I started in Alaska w Alaska USA in 2005.For me their transition to Global was very smooth w no trouble at all.I get excellent service and they post my SS pmts. early f me.Always been treated good w no problems.I plan on staying w them,no regrets!Great app but they need to add a pending deposit to their app.

Sense your merge with Alaska. My account has been a mess with issues all the time. Don't care for merger
