About Happy Laundry and Dry Cleaning
Based on the reviews, Happy Laundry provides pickup and delivery laundry service in Spokane. The wash and fold quality is great, with items coming back clean, fresh, and nicely done. The service has been reliable for many years, with a quick turnaround timeframe. The staff is always polite, kind, and helpful. They ask for preferences on folding, and offer a monthly subscription that makes everything seamless. The front door service is excellent. However, some customers have experienced issues. One customer received a delivery notification but the laundry was never delivered, requiring a trip to pick it up. Another long-time customer reported missing items, including new pajamas, tops, underwear, and towels. Despite these problems, customers hope to continue using the service and highly recommend it.

We recently used Happy Laundry to clean our duvet and pillows, and we couldn't be happier with the results! It's incredibly helpful that they pick up and deliver, and we had such a great experience that we had them clean additional blankets and comforters the following week. Highly recommend!!

I have used Happy Laundry several time for corporate linen cleaning. I appreciate the flexibility of being able to schedule pick ups and delivery. They are very easy to work with! I would recommend them to any corporate offices in need of a laundry service.

I have used this service for about 4 years and it’s been reliable until last week when only a portion of my laundry was returned! I am sick about this because I am missing new pj’s, tops, underwear and towels! Is there new management? I cannot afford to replace these things!
