“I have used this storage facility for about 5 years and I have been had a great experience there. The grounds are clean, well lit, secure, and they have generous accessibility hours. Their customer service is very attentive and Claire, the office manager, goes out of her way to help the customer. Rates are competitive and it is everything you could want in a great storage facility.”

“I have had an injury, leaving me with no use of one arm for a while and preventing me from doing/folding laundry. PUR was the second place I tried for wash and fold service, the service here is beyond compare! Maria handled our clothes with great care, got them done early, folded to perfection, and went above and beyond to do an amazing job! 10/10 would recommend!”

“So I flew into Spokane, Washington from Philadelphia and my soup didn’t make it well the shirts didn’t make it. Going to a wedding I called around and just seemed like nobody had service or they sent it out or they couldn’t press two shirts. I called this company and they said you get it in. We’ll get it done right away for you and they had it done in about seven minutes. They even offered to do it for free and I said no and I wind up giving them a nice tip and I would have to say that the service was excellent.”

“Words cannot express my level of gratitude for this business. Lets be honest, great customer service is rare. These guys knocked it out of the park. My entire experience with them from start to finish was so effortless. I was so impressed with the young lady that assisted me (whos name I still did not get).If you have ever accidentally washed and dried a load of clothes with a paint stick used on tires you may be able to match my level of panic. They were so quick and had the right chemicals on hand to remove the "permanent" product. I will never go anywhere else for specialty wash items. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.”

“It's a clean laundromat and most washers accept cards. Unfortunately dryers only take quarters and also there were too many machines out of service. Customer service is excellent, will return again.”

“Clean with option to purchase soap and a change machine plus ATM. I think lowest wash I saw was $2. Looks like .25cents to dry for 7 or so minutes. A few out of orders but nothing too crazy unless it gets crowded here. Some laundry baskets to move your clothes or fold them with tables around. No public restrooms.”

The dryer is huge and took 1.00 to dry all my stuff(huge load). The laundromat was clean and I will definitely be back. Thank you!”

“In my experience there are essentially two sorts of businesses: 1) Businesses that SERVE the customer, meaning they do their best to keep their promises to someone buys products or services from them. A good place to do business. 2) Then there are businesses who take CARE of their customer, meaning they anticipate needs or issues and resolve them in a way that works both for the customer AND the business. Based on my recent experience of Beacon Cleaners, they are of the second type: I brought in a shirt with a chain lubricant that had run down my sleeve while working on a in my shop. I couldn't get the lubricant out with any of the detergent or goo chemistry I tried . . . so I took it to Beacon. They got the goop out of the shirtsleeve AND took care of a stain on the back of the shirt that I hadn't even noticed that was of a different nature from the issue I went there to resolve and apparently required very different and repeated treatment, for which they did not charge me. Most significantly . . . they treated me in a good mood that had me leave very glad that I had taken my challenging job to a more-than-competent cleaner.”
