I want to be sure and mention Maria on staff who, no matter how busy the laundromat is, is always pleasant, professional, courteous and delivers the same consistent level of exceptional customer service so woefully missing from the balance of many retailers these days. Maria ought to be praised for her work ethic, attitude and resiliency handling a high-volume location and all that she does!”

“Words cannot express my level of gratitude for this business. Lets be honest, great customer service is rare. These guys knocked it out of the park. My entire experience with them from start to finish was so effortless. I was so impressed with the young lady that assisted me (whos name I still did not get).If you have ever accidentally washed and dried a load of clothes with a paint stick used on tires you may be able to match my level of panic.They were so quick and had the right chemicals on hand to remove the "permanent" product. I will never go anywhere else for specialty wash items. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.”
“Great service. Bought a couple 100% wool sport coats second hand. They smelled like R. Kelly owned them, I didn't realize it until I had them in the car. Clark's Cleaners cleaned them up and got that horrible stench out.
The price was great, way better than I expected.”

“Clean with option to purchase soap and a change machine plus ATM. I think lowest wash I saw was $2. Looks like .25cents to dry for 7 or so minutes. A few out of orders but nothing too crazy unless it gets crowded here. Some laundry baskets to move your clothes or fold them with tables around. No public restrooms.”
“We use Blue Ribbon linen at my office and they have been fantastic to work with! When we have needed to adjust the amounts of linens it has been no issue. Our massage therapists are very happy with the quality of the linens. I would absolutely recommend them Blue Ribbon to anyone! They have been a huge help to our business !”
“I needed to get 3 suits, 2 blazers, and 2 pants dry cleaned for a trip, and they took great care of my clothes. I'm very impressed with the service, and with the staff. I'll definitely be using them again, and referring them to my friends.”
“It's a clean laundromat and most washers accept cards. Unfortunately dryers only take quarters and also there were too many machines out of service.
Customer service is excellent, will return again.”

I'd go to any other laundromat if it wasn't for Brad always being kind to everyone who comes in to wash their clothes. The place is clean everytime I go in.

“Delivery drivers are super nice, deliveries are prompt and quick! Our floor mat wasn't always brought up to our suite but they make it priority to fix any issue and always listen to our concerns. Very happy with Alsco!”

I am a single mom and had to wash my dog bed as it didn't fit in my home appliance. “Every so often I need to wash large items like comforter and blankets can’t wash them at home but the machines here get my stuff clean and leave no residue and the manager Becca is always so helpful whenever I need anything. Appreciate the hard work and effort.”
“In my experience there are essentially two sorts of businesses:
1) Businesses that SERVE the customer, meaning they do their best to keep their promises to someone buys products or services from them. A good place to do business.
2) Then there are businesses who take CARE of their customer, meaning they anticipate needs or issues and resolve them in a way that works both for the customer AND the business.
Based on my recent experience of Beacon Cleaners, they are of the second type: I brought in a shirt with a chain lubricant that had run down my sleeve while working on a in my shop. I couldn't get the lubricant out with any of the detergent or goo chemistry I tried . . . so I took it to Beacon. They got the goop out of the shirtsleeve AND took care of a stain on the back of the shirt that I hadn't even noticed that was of a different nature from the issue I went there to resolve and apparently required very different and repeated treatment, for which they did not charge me.
Most significantly . . . they treated me in a good mood that had
me leave very glad that I had taken my challenging job to a more-than-competent cleaner.”

“I know everyone has their own difference and experiences with this place: but I went and did laundry tonight and I only spent $15 on 3 loads. While we were waiting on our clothes to dry a tweaker walked in and hid in the corner and started smoking fetynal. I found the owner and he was trying to get other tweakers to leave outside as well, he was super sweet and immediately opened the door to air it out, and watched cameras to see who did it. He kept apologizing; I will keep coming back here. The price is decent, and we were done in an hour; and the owner seemed to care greatly about his business!”
