I booked a unit online on July 13th. When I went there later in the week with a carload full of stuff, I discovered a lock already on my unit and the drive up accessibly is a joke since you have to go in a narrow alley sized strip at an angel then back out again when you were done. I immediately attempted to call but when there was no answer I emailed them to cancel my booking and went elsewhere to get a unit that will better suit my needs. After receiving no response I sent follow up requests through email, online for and voicemail since they don’t appear to ever answer their phone. There was never any response until July 25th when I receive a billing reminder! Reached out again and found a move out notice within their website so I set that too, then get billed today! Do yourself a favor and avoid this company, I really wish I would have.
*update- I received an automated email confirming my move out and a reply to my most recent email that says refunded. Very happy to finally have this situation resolved but I would never recommend this company. It is too bad, since they are a small mom and pop shop and I would much prefer to support our small businesses within our community. If they update the website so folks can see the drive up situation they are signing up for and fix their communication issues they could be great.

Rented a unit here summer of ‘24 for my university student. Ryan was awesome, responsive & helpful, and their online site for managing your unit (auto pay, closing out) was convenient. Small complex, located in a quiet neighborhood so I consider this a hidden gem! Can’t recommend enough.

The new owner, Ryan, is wonderful. He kept my unit the same price as he grand-fathered me in since I have been there so long and my unit is not enclosed in the fence and as protected as the rest.First owner of the facility since I have been there renting from them rhzt has actually cared enough to put up cameras and a fenve.

This storage facility made my already stressful moving day even worse. On May 13th, I made a reservation for a unit on May 30th and received a confirmation email. Then I got a text on the 25th to confirm my upcoming reservation. Well moving day comes so we pack up the UHaul and head over there, only to find a locked gate and nobody there! It was 3:00 PM on a Thursday, which is within their business hours, and yet I couldn’t get anyone on the phone either after multiple attempts. Thankfully I found another facility nearby that had available units that same day, but I would steer clear of this place if you want your experience to be as stress-free as possible.

A great place to do business. They’re reliable and quick to get a hold of. Was stressed out and in need of a unit asap. Was helped quickly and treated like family. Way better than the surrounding competitors. Would highly recommend!

One thing I like about this storage unit it is not behind a huge fence that locks at night. There is people that live next door to the storage unit where you don't want to meet them if you try and break into it. The owner worked with us on a payment that was perfect.
