Looks like the service hasn't changed much from when this used to be Inland Northwest Bank (INB). At least back then they supported local businesses. I'll recommend Numerica across the street or even BofA with their fees than this place. Worst banking service in Spokane.

I have had an exceptionally horrible experience with First Interstate Bank and I have only been with them for several months. If you value the safety and security of your money please go elsewhere. I had my debit card number stolen and a purchase made that was not mine. I immediately called to inform them and was questioned if I was sure it was not me. They did not credit my account and I was told I had to go online to fill out a debit card dispute which I did. Was supposed to be contacted within 5-10 business days regarding dispute. No one ever called me. Just got a letter informing me it was denied because I have made purchases with the company before. Already moved my money to another bank as I do not trust them to secure my money. Most other banks will credit your account if this happens. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Shame on you 'First Interstate Bank'; I've had a checking account and two savings accounts with INB for over three years now, never have I ever been charged a fee or fined for what have you; now that INB has been bought out by First Interstate, my account was put on the "preferred" account list; however because my balance dropped below $1500 they try to charge me a $13 "service fee"!?!? WHAT!? I don't think so! I loved you INB, you refunded my ATM fees when I couldn't find a branch ATM but I will not be charged $ for not having enough money in my own f%*@ing account. I'm switching to BECU

This bank bought out our bank(INB) since then we have never had a direct deposit from SSI or Pension post on time. Up to three days waiting. INB never ever did this!! Looking for a new local bank today! Customer service no help.

The customer service has gone down greatly since it is no longer INB. Horrible place to try to access your money. Online banking has been not working correctly. After 2 months of all the problems finally closing my accounts.

I currently hold two treasurer positions and have been banking with INB bank for a long time , since first interstate bank took over they can't seem to get anything right . I can't get any answers and I can't get any information . Banking has become very frustrating .

I hold two different treasure positions and used to deal with INB . That bank was taken over by First Interstate Bank , ever since the Takeover they can't seem to get anything right . Every time I need information I can't get it . My banking needs should not be this difficult to access .

In today's fast paced world we sometimes forget how important business relationships are in our daily lives. Today, we do things on line! We Facebook or text or scan a check using our phone. It's convenient but not personal. Sometimes you just need to know a person with whom you can ask a question and trust the answer. INB, especially the location on 57th in Spokane, takes BANKING to new heights! Just like the old days when you knew the banker and the bank employees knew you. "Hello Mrs. Smith", or "how may we be of service" was their way of saying "you, the customer, make our day important". Here is our story. We changed our complicated banking processes from another local bank because they forgot that we were not just an account number. The whole staff at 57th INB exercised great care in helping us make the complicated transition......in fact, they made it easy and simple.........which was just what we were looking for in "our" bank. It is our pleasure to give them 5 stars as a great example of relationship banking........Thank you to the mother ship in CDA. You would have thought we had millions to deposit, not just the humble beginnings of a new business. Great service, great employees and oh yes, "how can we help you?"
