Been doing advanced refund with u for 20 years and have NEVER been denied. I was denied this year and has caused many hardships. I'm very very upset and this will be my last year with Jackson Hewitt. U lost 7 customers because of this. My whole family will no longer file with ur company.

My husband and I picked Jackson Hewitt on a whim when we realized we needed help with our taxes. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy we did! Our agent was wonderful, so friendly and knowledgeable. We look forward to using JH going forward each year!
